Please note, it’s not recommended for vertical surfaces or areas subject to hydrostatic pressure.

Application Guidelines

Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or any contaminants.
For new or uncoated concrete, allow a 30-day curing period.
Etch the surface using a muriatic acid etcher to achieve a textured profile similar to 150-grit sandpaper.
Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue and allow the surface to dry completely.

Application:

Apply using a 1/4″ adhesive roller cover for optimal texture.
Two coats are required for optimal durability and coverage.
Allow the first coat to dry to the touch (approximately 1 hour) before applying the second coat.
Avoid applying in direct sunlight or if rain is expected within 24 hours.

Coverage:

Approximately 40-50 sq. ft. per gallon on rough surfaces.
Approximately 50-60 sq. ft. per gallon on smooth surfaces.

Maintenance Tips

Regular Cleaning: Clean the coated surface frequently with a mild detergent and water to maintain its appearance and slip-resistant texture. For best results, use a soft broom or mop rather than harsh scrubbers.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use acidic or abrasive cleaners, solvents, or bleach, as they can weaken the coating or cause discoloration. Stick to gentle cleaning solutions designed for coated concrete surfaces.
Prompt Stain Removal: Address stains such as oil, grease, or food spills as soon as possible to prevent long-term damage or absorption into the coating.
Inspect for Wear and Tear: Periodically check for signs of cracking, peeling, or fading. Early detection allows for touch-ups or minor repairs before major issues develop.
Prevent Heavy Impact Damage: Avoid dragging heavy machinery, furniture, or sharp objects across the surface, as they can scratch or damage the coating.
